If you want to turn on notetaker, first navigate to AI and Automation settings (admins only) https://stardex.com/settings?tab=organization&section=ai-automation and turn on the AI Meeting Note taker. You can also modify the bot name in settings.

To connect your calendar, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to My Settings → My Connections. https://stardex.com/settings?tab=organization&section=ai-automation and click Sign in with Google or Microsoft. Finish th process to authorize through google or microsoft.

Note: If you already have authorized your email and don’t see a red icon next to your email, then you are good to go!

  1. If you haven’t authorized your email, then click that red icon to connect calendar

  1. Click "Connect Calendar"

  1. Click "Continue"

  1. Click this checkbox. Make sure to provide calendar access here!

  1. Click "Continue"

  1. Click "Auto-send notetaker bot to meetings"! This will make sure that the Stardex bot joins your existing meetings.

Tip: You can set Notetaker settings (like display name, stopwords, etc) in AI & Automation Settings: https://stardex.com/settings?tab=organization&section=ai-automation
