You sourced a candidate on LinkedIn and added them to Stardex, but you don't have their email or phone number. Without contact details, you can't reach them outside of LinkedIn or enroll them in an outreach sequence. Stardex searches across multiple data providers to find verified emails and phone numbers and saves them directly to the person's profile.
If no results are found, the alert reads "No contact data found." You can try again later since providers update their databases regularly.

The person must have a LinkedIn URL saved on their profile for Find Contact Info to appear. LinkedIn profiles are the primary matching key that providers use to look up contact information. If the button is missing, add the person's LinkedIn URL first.

If you already have a candidate's resume on file, Stardex can read it and pull any contact details directly from the document — no external provider lookup required.
Contact details found this way are saved the same as provider-enriched contacts — they appear as pill badges and can be starred, edited, copied, or deleted.
When you click Find Contact Info, Stardex runs a waterfall search across up to five data providers in sequence. It stops as soon as it finds personal email addresses, then checks remaining providers for work emails and phone numbers if needed.
