You can customize your job board by clicking Customize jobs page. You can also find it under settings.

• You can change the header background, custom title and subtitle.
• You can also add upto 3 links that show up on top right
• You can also change the link color to fit your branding.

To show the company name on the Job page itself, you can enable that at a job level in the Published job settings
