You can update the stages of a candidate from the profile as well as the chrome extension. You can also turn on board view and drag/drop candidates to the right stage.
Stardex has a default set of stages for a job that you can customize in settings.

You can change the color, name as well as mark a stage as a rejection or interview stage. You can also drag the ordering of the stages.
You can also create a new stage template (aka new sets of candidate stages). This is helpful if a client has a different set of interview stages and you want to track exactly where candidates are for that client / job. Once you create a new template, pick

Once you have created a job, you can’t edit the template for that job because it impacts the tracking / reporting. If you want to force change it, you will need to create a new job with that template, and then bulk move the candidates to that new job

In order to create a new, click Create New template in settings. Pick existing stages that you want to keep, and add new ones. Click Create template

Once you create a new job, pick the new template. You will now see the updated stages.
