Understanding Your Data Export

Your data will be delivered as a zip file containing multiple folders. This export contains all your data across multiple CSV files, but it's not designed to be human-readable - it's structured for programmatic access or system migration. It's comprehensive but requires technical knowledge to interpret since the data is spread across multiple related tables. Each folder represents a different part of your ATS data, organized for easy navigation:

Core Data Folders

• companies/ - All company information including enriched data from external sources, company documents, and any custom fields you've defined for companies
• persons/ - Complete candidate and contact information including work history, education, contact details, activity timeline (notes, emails, calls), and any custom fields defined for people
• jobs/ - Job requisitions with pipeline stages, team member assignments, client contacts, target companies, and custom job fields
• candidates/ - Links between people and jobs, including their current pipeline stage, status history, and assessments
• deals/ - Sales opportunities and deals with activities, associated contacts, jobs, and custom deal fields
• clientContacts/ - Your client contacts with activities, status changes, and custom fields

Communication & Workflow

• sequences/ - Email sequence templates, enrollments, and automation settings showing your outreach campaigns
• communication/ - Sent emails, responses, and email templates used in your outreach
• tasks/ - Tasks and action items created in the system
• lists/ - Any custom lists you've created for organizing candidates or companies
