All your jobs are visible in the jobs page. You can toggle between the Kanban view and list view. If you’d like to add a custom field, all you have to do is switch to list view and scroll to the right to add a new field.

Create a new job:

You can create a job by clicking Add a new job in the jobs page.

Customizing the job form:

Under settings, you can define what fields you would like to be required. If you have custom fields, you can also make them required in this section

You can also populate custom attributes for the pipeline itself for every job you create. An example would be you want to track has the candidate been approved by client as a column in each job. You can define fields that will be automatically created as custom attributes when a new job is created under “Auto Populate fields”
