Overview

You can share People search results in Stardex by copying the search page URL or by saving selected people to a List and sharing that List with your team.

Option 1: Copy and paste the search URL

• Run the People search you want to share.
• Copy the page URL from your browser address bar.
• Paste and send the URL to teammates in your org — when they open it, the same search will load for them.

Option 2: Use Lists (recommended)

• Run your People search.
• Select the people you want to save.
• Bulk-add the selected people to a List.
• Share the List with your team so they can access the same group reliably.

When to use each method

• Copy URL: Quick way to share the current search state. Useful for one-off shares.
• Lists: More reliable for saving and reusing a specific group of people across your team.
