Overview
You can track multiple interview rounds by creating separate pipeline stages (for example, "1st Round Interview" and "Final Interview") and marking them as interview stages. This gives you round-level visibility in the pipeline and surfaces upcoming interviews on the Home screen.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Candidate Stages.
- Click to create a new stage and name it exactly how you want (e.g., "1st Round Interview").
- Edit the stage and toggle the Interview flag on.
- Repeat for other rounds (e.g., "Final Interview").
What this does
- Each stage appears separately in the pipeline/board so you can see which round each candidate is in.
- Stages marked as Interview show on the Home screen under Upcoming Interviews.
- The system may auto-detect interview stages from keywords (like "round", "interview", "screen", "onsite").
Templates and client-specific processes
If different clients require different interview flows, create separate pipeline templates per client (Settings → Candidate Stages → New Template) and configure each template’s stage set accordingly.
Limitations
- Once a job is created, you cannot change its pipeline template without creating a new job and bulk-moving candidates.
