Give campaign recipients a one-click way to opt out. When someone unsubscribes, Stardex marks them Do Not Contact, stops their campaigns, and keeps them out of future ones, so nobody on your team has to do it by hand.

The link is off by default and is turned on per campaign. Admins can change the footer text and see everyone who unsubscribed.

Turn on the link for a campaign

1. Open Campaigns and select the campaign.
2. Above the steps, turn on Include Unsubscribe Link.

It saves right away and applies to the next emails the campaign sends, including to people already enrolled. Use Send test email to preview how the footer looks.

What recipients see

A short line at the bottom of each email, under your signature: "Don't want to hear from me again? unsubscribe". The word unsubscribe is the link.

The link opens a page where they confirm with an Unsubscribe button. No account or login is needed.

What happens when someone unsubscribes

• The person is marked Do not contact, with the campaign name as the reason.
• All their active campaigns stop, not only the one they unsubscribed from. They show as Cancelled on each campaign's recipients list.
