Information about which emails are synced, and how to import your signatures

In order to sync emails, or send emails from Stardex, you need to connect your mailbox. Please head to settings here and click “Sign In With Google” and go through the authentication flow → https://stardex.com/settings/integrations

  1. Once you do that, you can start sending out emails and sequences. Instructions here on Setting up your multi-step outreach campaign
  2. You can also bulk enroll candidates. Bulk emailing candidates or clients

What emails are synced, and can I sync all my past emails.

When you connect your inbox to Stardex, by default all futures emails that are sent, or received will be synced (as long as that email is associated to a client or candidate in Stardex). You can turn this off from the settings. You can import your past emails through settings (this will take about a day).

If the email of the client or candidate isn’t already in Stardex, we won’t sync the messages due to privacy reasons.

If you would like to modify the settings, goto https://stardex.com/settings/integrations and click the gear icon to open the settings for this email.

You can turn of the sync all messages. This will mean that only the messages sent through Stardex will be synced. Any other messages won’t be auto synced.

You will also see an to import Previous Emails.

Signatures:

You can import your signatures by clicking Manage Signatures in the email connected.
