When you have your account ready follow the steps that are listed below your onboarding guide as well:

  1. Create a sample job through the jobs page or home page by clicking “Add Job”

    1. You can always delete the sample job after.
  2. Install the chrome extensions through the Chrome webstore here

  3. Once installed, open a new LinkedIn tab and find a candidate to add to your database.

  4. Once you have enough candidates in your database, you can use AI search.

  5. If you are on the pro tier, and will want to use your email to set up  to do so, please head to settings here and click “Sign In With Google” and go through the authentication flow: https://stardex.com/settings/integrations

    1. Once you do that, you can start sending out emails and sequences. Instructions here on Setting up your multi-step outreach campaign
    2. You can also bulk enroll candidates. Bulk emailing candidates or clients

  1. Setup a client share link: When working on a job, you can share a list of candidates to a client for calibration or status updates. These are unique private links that the clients can interact with. Client Sharable Link (Client Portal)

If you are admin, you’d like to check out the following guides as well:

  1. Custom fields: Stardex is highly customizable and we recommend team admins to set up relevant custom fields that will help you structure your database effectively. Here’s more info Custom fields
  2. Statuses: Customize the candidate pipeline status, job status and client status if you like by going to settings.
  3. Note taker integrations: We integrate with Fireflies, Quil and Ringcentral natively. If you are using another note taker (e.g. Metaview), you can leverage Zapier to set it up Zapier setup
  4. Lists: Lists are records of companies or persons. Use this when you have multiple team members, and want list of companies or persons that aren’t associated to a job (e.g. rockstar marketers, upcoming startups, etc). Create one from the list page, or through bulk actions
  5. Import data: You can use our self serve bulk import to import candidate or client lists. Bulk import candidates
